What We Offer for you

At lily of the valley, we offer a range of NDIS services designed to support individuals with disabilities and their families. Our team of experienced professionals work closely with you to develop a personalised pan that addresses your unique needs and goals.

Accomodation

Supported Independent Living "SIL"

Supported Independent Living "SIL": provides support with daily tasks to help you live as independently as possible. This service is often delivered in shared living arrangements where you can live with others and share support services. SIL supports can include:

  • Assistance with personal care and daily living activities
  • Help with household tasks like cooking and cleaning
  • Support with medication management
  • Skills development for independent living

Independent living options "ILO"

Independent Living Options 'ILO': offers flexible, tailored living arrangements that focus on your choice and control. These arrangements are developed around your needs and preferences and can include:

  • Living alone with outreach support
  • Co-residency arrangements where a participant lives with a host or another person who provides support
  • Living with friends or other participants

ILO funding covers the planning and establishment of the living arrangement, as well as ongoing support services.

Short Term Accommodation "STA"

Short Term Accommodation, 'STA', also known as respite care, provides temporary accommodation and support for participants. This allows their primary caregivers to take a break. STA can be provided in various settings, such as respite houses, host families, or specialized facilities. Services typically include:

  • Persona care and support
  • Activities and programs to engage the participant
  • Meals and accommodation

Medium Term Accommodation "MTA"

Medium Term Accommodation, 'MTA', provides a temporary housing solution for times when you are awaiting for a more permanent living arrangement, such as moving into an SDA property. This service ensures participants have a safe place to stay in the interim and includes:

  • Accommodation in a suitable setting
  • Support services as needed

Community Participation

Our Community Access service is designed to support participants in building meaningful connections within their local community. We empower individuals to engage in activities that reflect their interests promote independence, and enhance social inclusion.

Participants are encouraged to explore and take part in a wide range of community-based experiences.

At the heart of our approach is participant choice—we support each individual in selecting activities that best match their goals, interests, and support needs.

Our structured community integration programs are thoughtfully developed to foster confidence, life skills, and a sense of belonging. Whether it’s joining a group event or discovering new hobbies, we’re here to help participants feel connected and supported every step of the way.

Daily Living Support

At Lily of the Valley, we support individuals with everyday household tasks to promote a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
Our team can assist with:

  • Domestic cleaning
  • Laundry and linen changes
  • Meal planning and preparation
  • Grocery shopping and errands
  • General household organisation

We’re here to make daily life easier, while encouraging independence and ensuring each participant’s home supports their health, comfort, and overall well-being.

Life Skill Development

At Lily of the Valley, we believe that building strong life skills is key to fostering independence, confidence, and personal growth for individuals with disabilities.

Our Life Skills Development programs are designed to empower participants to learn and strengthen essential everyday skills—supporting them to live more independently, connect with others, and pursue their goals.

In a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment, participants are guided through practical learning tailored to their individual needs. This may include developing skills such as:

  • Personal care and hygiene
  • Cooking and meal preparation
  • Money handling and budgeting
  • Time management and organisation
  • Communication and social interaction

Support Coordination

You are at the heart of your NDIS journey. That’s why at Lily of the Valley, our Support Coordinators work closely with you to ensure your supports are tailored to your goals, needs, and preferences.

We assist you in:

  • Connecting with the right NDIS service providers
  • Setting up and managing service agreements
  • Navigating complex situations or changes along the way

Our goal is to make your NDIS experience as smooth, empowering, and effective as possible—so you can focus on living the life you choose.

Assisted Transport

At Lily of the Valley, our Assisted Travel and Transport services are designed to provide safe, reliable, and personalised support for individuals with disabilities. We are committed to promoting independence, accessibility, and inclusion by helping participants travel comfortably to medical appointments, therapy sessions, community events, and other important activities. Our team carefully coordinates schedules and logistics to ensure timely arrivals and departures, making each journey smooth and stress-free. Through our transport services, we aim to empower individuals to stay connected, participate fully in their communities, and lead fulfilling lives.
